The breakfast after landing
Once the balloon is down and the certificates are signed, we drive you to our base in the countryside. Your table is waiting: a carved wooden table on Berber rugs, leather poufs to sit on, and the balloons and the fields all around. It is the moment everyone relaxes, shares their photos and talks about the flight.

What is on your table
| Moroccan breads | Msemen (layered flatbread) and baghrir (semolina pancakes), freshly made |
| Sweet | Local honey, homemade jams, dates and sweet briouats |
| Savoury | Olives, fresh cheese, cucumber and cherry tomatoes |
| Fruit and nuts | Seasonal fresh fruit and almonds |
| To drink | Freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and Moroccan mint tea |
A private table, never a buffet
Some balloon breakfasts in Marrakech are served as a buffet at long shared tables. Ours is different: every group, from a couple to a family, has its own table, set and served for them alone. Nobody queues, nobody shares a table with strangers, and the morning stays calm and personal, just like the flight. More about our breakfast.

Prepared by local families
The breakfast is prepared by local families from the villages around our launch field, with products from local cooperatives. When you sit down at your table, your morning supports the community that welcomes our balloons every day. Our community.
VIP: breakfast on board, in the basket
For a honeymoon, an anniversary or a once-in-a-lifetime morning, the VIP flight with breakfast on board adds breakfast served in the basket during the flight, while the sun rises over the Atlas Mountains and the villages below. After landing, your private breakfast table is waiting too. Tell us about your occasion when you book, and we prepare the morning with you.
| Flight | Breakfast | Price per person |

Before the flight: tea, coffee and biscuits
When you arrive at our base before sunrise, we welcome you with hot tea, coffee and local biscuits. Then your pilot gives the briefing, before the balloons are prepared, so there is time for all your questions.
Allergies and dietary needs
Vegetarian, gluten-free, an allergy or a child who only eats bread and honey? Tell us when you book, in the booking form, on WhatsApp or on a Zoom call, and we prepare your table accordingly.
